Jeremy Hannah is a global talent strategist, leadership and career coach, and builder of people-centered practices that drive meaningful results. With nearly 20 years of experience working around the world for Fortune 500s and growing organizations, he helps leaders unlock potential, reimagines talent ecosystems and implements talent strategies that serve both people and business outcomes.

Jeremy holds a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and is a Certified Change Practitioner (Prosci®). He is certified by the NeuroLeadership Institute in Brain-Based Coaching, and is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

His career includes leading a multitude of global talent initiatives—from embedding competency frameworks across cultures, to driving HR transformations, to elevating engagement through culture change, and implementing talent modules within HR systems. As a Certified AI for HR Specialist, he understands both the opportunities and ethical risks of emerging technologies. He’s passionate about guiding clients to integrate AI in ways that are practical, responsible, and future-ready.

Jeremy advises executives on organizational talent strategy and coaches individuals through key career moments with an approach grounded in science and balanced by his deep curiosity to understand and empathize. His aim is to help clients grow with intention and authenticity.
