We created Viante to
inspire
curious minds, enabling them to unlock their full potential and chart their own path forward.

In 2024, after years of driving impact both as an external consultant and from inside organizations, Jeremy hit pause to take a purpose-filled sabbatical. He and Valerie sold almost everything they had and spent a year traveling the globe, immersing themselves in new cultures, perspectives, and ways of learning and leading. Along the way, Jeremy rediscovered what he always knew: humans are wired for growth, connection, and meaning, and both he and Valerie deeply cherish opportunities to be a part of that journey with others.

These experiences have helped to create the worldview that defines who they are as global citizens, and they are at the heart of why Viante Talent Solutions was built. Beyond just a business, it is a commitment to inclusive leadership, allyship, and advocating for systems that honor equity, dignity, and belonging. Through coaching, consulting, and community partnerships, the goal is to elevate purpose-driven leaders, professionals and organizations who desire to move the world forward and then use their influence to uplift others along with them. This was the inspiration for Viante Talent Solutions’ signature framework, FORWARDTM, which is a holistic methodology that supports individuals and organizations in charting bold and sustainable paths toward growth and transformation.
